I am a USDF Silver Medalist and FEI event rider, originally hailing from the Southeast of England. I grew up pony clubbing in the late 90’s under the tutelage of 3-day eventer Tina Cook and Grand Prix show jumper Ernest Dillon, FBHS. After emigrating to the US in 2003 I took some time away from horses, working in small animal vet med for many years. After starting a family, I returned to horses and eventing, juggling life as a mom and competitor. In 2018, I jumped fully into the life that teenage me dreamed of, buying a larger farm and throwing myself into horses full time.

With a passion for off-track thoroughbreds in particular, I have worked to develop a string of horses for myself and as sales projects with the goal of upper level eventing and dressage. However, I try to never lose sight of the reason I started riding in the first place - loving horses. I try to do the best I can with the horses I have, and I love helping my students do the same. So far that has taken me to the Preliminary level in eventing and to Prix St. George in dressage, on thoroughbreds I have sourced and self-produced. I have also developed many lower level event horses, fox hunters and show hunters, sold on to wonderful homes with adult amateurs and junior riders.

I instruct students of all levels on the flat and over fences, and coach for Pony Club at the local and national level. I believe strongly in continuing my own education, and enjoy lessons and clinics with a diverse group of top industry professionals.
