Venti is a 2016 Thoroughbred gelding that was bred and raced in PA, sourced by Hannah through TRRAC. He came to Milestone after retiring from racing as a coming 6 year old and proved to be a quick study at eventing. He was one of only a handful of horses that competed at the Novice level in eventing at the 2022 Retired Racehorse Project’s Thoroughbred Makeover. A natural cross-country horse with a huge ground covering gallop and even bigger heart, Venti has worked his way up the levels to Preliminary racking up several top 3 finishes, and made his FEI 1* debut in 2024. While hard ground conditions for the past two seasons have limited his progress somewhat, he has built strength in his flatwork and over stadium jumps that will serve him well as he continues his eventing career.
