Half brother to Ventriloqusim, Merry came from the same trusted racing connections. Two years older and with a year of let down under his belt, he came to us in 2022 when nobody else would give him a chance. While he has been an onion to peel, his talent is undeniable. He was 10th at the 2023 Thoroughbred Makeover in Dressage and competed in the Waredaca 3-Day in the fall of 2024. He suffered a lateral condylar fracture in the spring of 2025 and after a successful surgical repair, spent the season rehabbing, and has come back better than ever. He won a local schooling dressage show Championship at First Level in the fall and is ready to return to eventing in 2026. While the path to where he is today has certainly been a winding road, it’s been the type of journey that builds wisdom and character, and we’re excited to see what’s around the next corner.
